Taisamlu F5 Mandola
Admitting the mandolin is equivalent to the violin, with the same tuning, then the mandola is like a viola, somewhat larger dimensions accordinglyr. The sound is less brillant but much deeper and with a lot of tonal variations. It is fairly easy to play with soul, the sustain of the instrument also allows fine variations during the performance. The body is made out of maple, the top out of spruce, with hummingbirds in mother of pearl and abalone. This instrument is unusual, in more ways than one. This mandola was manufactured in Vietnam in 2015.
