Wolbold The Jack
It was typically a poor boy guitar made with a cigar box.Some of these instrumetns are still made today and here is a 3 string guitar with no fret. So a bottleneck is required. Of course, the sound is very "Delta blues" style, either acoustically or thru the piezo pickup, but quite a lot of things can be played on this guitar, much more than one might think. This Cigar Box Guitar was built by Darren Wolbold in UK in 2015.
